Richard L. Floyd Honorary Music Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who participate in solo and ensemble programs of the Texas Interscholastic League Foundation (TILF) and plan to attend college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who have competed in a University Interscholastic League (UIL) academic state meet contest and have received a division rating of I or II in a solo performance at the solo and ensemble contest.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in the state and major in any field.
