Robert and Bernice Hartley and Family 4-H Scholarship provide financial assistance to 4-H members from Missouri who have participated in shooting sports and are interested in majoring in any field at a college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to Missouri 4-H members who are high school seniors or undergraduate students and attending or planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in the state with a major in any field.

High school seniors must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and current college students must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Applicants be participating or have participated in 4H shooting sports for at least 3 years.

Home school students must also submit ACT or SAT scores.

Selection is based on 4H achievement in leadership, citizenship, community service, shooting sports, and projects (70%); financial need (20%); and career goals (10%).
