The Robert E. Hurley Memorial Scholarship supports graduating seniors or graduates of Beloit Memorial, Clinton, Rock County Christian, and Turner high schools in Wisconsin, or Hononegah and South Beloit high schools in Illinois. Students who are studying for a degree in the criminal justice field are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to dependents of active Beloit police officers.
