Early, Sr. Memorial Youth Scholarship program seeks African American graduating seniors from high schools in Montgomery County, Ohio who are members of the golf, baseball, or softball team. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Graduating seniors at Dayton Public Schools receive special consideration.
