Requirements

This program is open to members of the Del-Mar-Va Council who are registered as Scouts, Venturers, or Explorers and have attained the rank of Eagle Scout.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or trade school in any state as an undergraduate, graduate, or other postsecondary student.

Selection is based on academics, Scouting/Exploring/Venturing record, leadership, community involvement, and financial need.
