Rodeo Austin Texas 4-H Scholarship provides financial assistance to 4-H members who reside in Texas and plan to major in any field at a college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating seniors at high schools in Texas who have been actively participating in 4-H during the current year and at least 2 of the 3 previous years.

Applicants must be in the top quarter of their class, have a grade average of 90% or higher, and have taken and passed all standardized tests necessary for graduation and admittance to the college or university of their choice.

They must be planning to attend a 4year college or university in Texas to major in any field.

Selection is based on 4H experience and narratives (50%), GPA (5%), SAT/ACT score (23%), financial need (12%), and a personal interview (10%).

U.S. citizenship is required.
