The Ross C. Todd Scholarship was created in honor of Ross Clayton Todd who lost his vision at the age of 25 and continued to earn his degree. The scholarship provides graduating high school seniors and undergraduate students who suffer from blindness financial support for their education. Students from West Virginia who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
