The Rotarian's Wine Appreciation Fellowship Scholarship program supports students with financial need who are entering or attending Tarrant County College. Applicants should be seeking a professional certification or associate degree in culinary arts or catering/private chef. Students who participated in the culinary arts program at their high school may receive special consideration.
