The Rotary Club of Petersburg (Luncheon) Scholarship supports graduating seniors who participate in community service and demonstrate financial need. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree at designated academic institutions in Virginia are encouraged to apply. Seniors at Petersburg High School or those attending Appomattox Regional Governor's School or Maggie Walker Governor's School and registered at Petersburg High School, Virginia receive special consideration

Requirements

Minimum 3.00 GPA

High school senior attending school in the Foundation's service area (Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Fort Lee, Hopewell, Petersburg, Prince George, Surry, Sussex, or Varina), Virginia

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree

Planning to attend John Tyler Community College, Richard Bland College, Southside College of Health Science, or Virginia State University

Participation in extracurricular activities

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to seniors at Petersburg High School or those attending Appomattox Regional Governor's School or Maggie Walker Governor's School and registered at Petersburg High School, Virginia.
