The Rusty Melges Memorial Scholarship is available to male graduating high school seniors from Battle Creek Public Schools in Michigan. Students who are seeking a certification or undergraduate degree are welcome to apply. Applicants who have participated in volunteer activities and who demonstrate financial need and merit through character and potential to succeed may also be considered.
