The Ruth Barker Winch Scholarship program supports students seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree. Applicants should be graduating seniors from a high school in Brocton, Cassadaga Valley, Chautauqua Lake, Clymer, Maple Grove, Panama, Ripley, Sherman, Southwestern, or Westfield, New York. Handicapped students, students pursuing a career working with handicapped people, and students with limited financial resources may be given special consideration.
