The Ruth Jacobs District 46 Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are residents of Pinellas County, Florida, who are enrolled in nationally-accredited nursing programs either through ACEN or CCNE, who have completed at least one semester in their current program by the scholarship deadline, and who are planning to pursue post-secondary education in nursing are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to RN students.
