Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Sacramento County who are Farm Bureau members and either graduating high school seniors or recent high school graduates.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a career technical school in any state.
  • Their field of study must relate to agriculture, including (but not limited to) baking and pastry, culinary arts, culinary management, diesel, heavy equipment, veterinary technology, and welding.
  • Selection is based on academic involvement in their chosen field, work experience, career goals, and agricultural and community involvement.
