Requirements

This program is open to residents of Hispanic background in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba counties in California who are graduating high school seniors or students enrolled in at least 6 units at a community college.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational school in any state.
