Requirements

This program is open to women who reside in or graduated from high school in Monterey, San Benito, or Santa Cruz counties in California.

Applicants must have been employed as a farm laborer or have at least 1 parent or a spouse who has been employed as a farm laborer for at least 2 consecutive seasons in those counties.

They must be working on a bachelor's degree, associate degree, or accredited trade school degree in any field at a school in any state and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

There are no age restrictions or financial need requirements.
