Requirements

This program is open to students continuing or entering a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be enrolled fulltime and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Preference is given to 1) students attending a 2 or 4-year college or university with accredited degree programs in biology, chemistry, engineering, and environmental sciences; 2) those with high GPA and/or ACT/SAT scores; 3) those who have shown leadership abilities in extracurricular activities; 4) those who have demonstrated active participation in community service activities; 5) those who have demonstrated special accomplishments and/or achievements; 6) those who have been employed part or full time while attending school; and 7) members or dependents of members of WEAT-SAS.
