San Joaquin CalCPA Chapter Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of California majoring in accounting at selected colleges and universities in the San Joaquin Valley area of the state.

Requirements

This program is open to students at California State University at Stanislaus, University of the Pacific, or Humphreys College majoring in accounting.

Students at Modesto Junior College, San Joaquin Delta Community College, Columbia Community College, and Merced College are also eligible if they are planning to transfer to 1 of the 3 qualifying 4year institutions and complete their upper-division accounting work.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.25 or higher in all accounting courses and 3.0 or higher overall.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
