The Scarbrough Adult Learner Scholarship is available to adults who have not been a student for at least twenty-four months and reside in the Southeastern Massachusetts counties of Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Nantucket, or Plymouth. Students who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply..
