Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are dependent children of 1) active duty and Reserve military personnel stationed at Fort Eustis; 2) active duty and Reserve Army personnel whose family members reside in the Fort Eustis community (which includes the Peninsula, Gloucester, and Southside); 3) POW/MIA or deceased Army personnel whose family resides in the Fort Eustis community; 4) retired Army personnel residing in the Fort Eustis community; 5) valid Department of Defense (DoD) identification card holder working at Fort Eustis, or 6) current members of the Spouses' Club of Fort Eustis (SCFE).

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
