Scott Mecham BBB Student of Integrity Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school students who live in the service area of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Nebraska, South Dakota, and Southwest Iowa and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors at high schools in 1) the Omaha metropolitan area and southwest Iowa; 2) the Lincoln metropolitan area and the remainder of Nebraska; 3) South Dakota; and 4) The Kansas Plains.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in any state.

They must be nominated by an official of their high school or religious institution.

Selection is based on that essay (50%), community service (20%), leadership (20%), recommendations (5%), and academics (5%).
