The Shirley Thurlow Memorial Nursing Scholarship is available to female residents of Bay, Midland, or Saginaw counties in Michigan. Students seeking an LPN or RN at Delta College School of Nursing are encouraged to apply. Single mothers and women seeking a second career will be given special consideration. Graduating high school seniors will be considered if there are no non-traditional applicants.
