Smart Service Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of any state interested in working on a degree or certificate in the skilled trades.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state who are graduating high school seniors or who graduated from high school within the past 15 years.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a traditional 4year college or university, a nontraditional accredited college or university, accredited trade or vocational school, or accredited job skills training program.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in the skilled trades or a field service profession (e.g., heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, construction, fire protection, landscape design, pest control).
