Requirements

This program is open to residents of the following areas of Maryland: Baltimore City and the counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard.

Applications are also accepted from residents of any state who are sponsored by a member of the St.

Andrew's Society of Baltimore.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors of Scottish descent who will be entering a 4year college or university in the United States or Scotland.

Finalists are interviewed.
