Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, or St.

Croix counties in Wisconsin or Dakota, Goodhue, or Washington counties in Minnesota.

Applicants must be a relative of a Vietnamera veteran or sponsored by a Vietnam-era veteran who is a member of the St.

Croix Valley Chapter 331 of Vietnam Veterans of America.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be planning to attend a college or university in any state.
