Requirements

This program is open to residents of Tennessee who are seniors graduating from high school or students completing an equivalent (e.g., GED).

Applicants must have a connection to the manufactured or modular housing industry, such as by living in a manufactured modular home, working in the industry, or having a close relative (parent, sibling, aunt/uncle, or grandparent) working in the industry.

They must be planning to attend a college, university, junior college, or accredited trade/technical school in Tennessee.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
