Requirements

This program is open to the dependent children of FRA members who are in good standing (or were at the time of death, if deceased).

Applicants must be working on or planning to work fulltime on an undergraduate or graduate degree.

Selection is based on academic record, financial need, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and participation in community activities.

U.S. citizenship is required.
