The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students with financial needs who have been academically successful. Applicants are reviewed for their commitment to serving others, strong work ethic, and leadership qualities. Students from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont who are seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.

Permanent resident of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont

Graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or current college student

Seeking a bachelor's degree for the first time as a fulltime student

U.S citizen or noncitizen who has a current lawful presence in the U.S. and a work permit, including DACA status

Exhibit merit through academic achievement, a commitment to serving others, a strong work ethic, and leadership qualities
