The Stollings Engineering Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Boone or Logan County in West Virginia who are planning to attend West Virginia University or West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in engineering are encouraged to apply. Among graduating high school seniors, first consideration is given to those from Scott High School in Boone County and second to those from other Boone County high schools. Among universities, first consideration is given to West Virginia University and second to West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
