This program is open to residents of any state enrolled in journalism, communications, or English departments at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas State University, Huston-Tillotson College, St.

Edward's University, Concordia University, or Southwestern University.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in print or broadcast journalism.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
