The Susan Fischer Memorial 4-H Scholarship program supports 10-year members of Fountain County 4-H. Students who graduated from high school and are residents of Fountain County, Indiana, and are seeking an associate's or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration may be given to applicants who are pursuing a career in agriculture or health care.
