Requirements

This program is open to 1) the children (natural, step, and adopted) and grandchildren of current or former U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, or Marine Corps personnel who served as an aviator, flight officers, or aircrewman; or 2) personnel and children and grandchildren of personnel who are serving or have served on board a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier as a member of the ship's company or air wing.

Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment at an accredited college or university.

Selection is based on educational and extracurricular achievements, merit, and citizenship.
