Requirements

This program is open to 4-H members in Tennessee who are graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled in college.

Applicants must be entering or attending a college, university, or technical school in any state to study nursing.

Selection is based on leadership and citizenship (10%); other activities, such as community, school, and church (10%); academic achievement (20%); residency in a rural community (10%); and financial need (50%).
