Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time at a 2- or 4-year college or university in Kansas.

Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in a field associated with the waterworks industry.

Their program must include courses related to civil or environmental engineering or environmental science.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Selection is based on the relation of the program to the waterworks industry (30%), GPA (20%), an essay on career plans (30%), a recommendation by a professor (10%), and professional activities, offices held, and/or work experience (10%).
