Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens attending a Texas college or university who will have completed at least 30 hours of undergraduate work by the time scholarship payments begin.

Applicants must have actively participated in 4H activities during their high school years.

They must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.

Selection is based on financial need, scholastic ability and achievement, 4H participation, and 4-H and collegiate leadership and involvement.
