Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas and students enrolled at colleges, universities, community colleges, and trade/technical schools in the state.

Applicants must be working on or planning to work on a residential construction degree or a related trade certification.

They must demonstrate an interest in obtaining employment in the home building industry or a residential constructionrelated field after graduation.

Selection is based on academic achievement, career goals, employment history, extracurricular activities, recommendations, and financial need.
