Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and students currently enrolled at a college, university, community college, or vocational/technical school.

Applicants must submit a 500word essay on their future academic and professional goals and how those will benefit rural Texas and/or the rural water/wastewater industry as a whole.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
