TFB Free Enterprise Speech Contest recognizes and rewards members of the Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) who present speeches on free enterprise.

Requirements

Contestants in this program must have attended the Texas Farm Bureau Youth Leadership Conference, be a TFB member or a member of a TFB family, and have presented at least 3 speeches concerning the free enterprise.

They first enter a contest at the district level, where they deliver a speech from 6 to 8 minutes in length.

Selection is based on speech content and composition (30%), verbal communication (40%), and nonverbal communication (30%).
