The Economic Club of Washington, D.C. – David M. Rubenstein Scholarship program recognizes graduating high school seniors from Washington D.C. public high schools and charter schools. Applicants will be reviewed for financial need, academic success, and participation in extracurricular and community service activities. This is a nomination-only scholarship program.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Graduating senior attending a Washington D.C. public high school or public charter school

  • Seeking a degree as a fulltime student
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and community service
