About the Scholarship

The Harlan K. Ullman Scholarship supports students attending Corning-Painted Post High School in New York who seek a role in society that makes a difference, with a passion to lead and the potential to achieve great things. This scholarship is available to students who demonstrate the highest character and integrity and seek positive solutions for his/her school, community, and country. Students who are planning to pursue a career in government policy, education, military, or other related public or private services are welcome to apply.
