Wilson Scholarship is available to high school seniors and undergraduate students who currently live in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or who have parents/grandparents that live in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Students who find themselves in extraordinary financial circumstances are encouraged to apply.
