The McLaughlin Doty Foundation Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors attending Center Point, Harper, Ingram Tom Moore, Our Lady of the Hills, or Tivy high schools in Texas. Homeschool students residing in Kerr County will also be considered. Students who are seeing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
