The Spark Foundation Scholarship is open to residents of Barnstable, Dukes, or Nantucket counties (Cape Cod and the Islands) in Massachusetts. Graduating high school seniors, current college students, and returning adult students are encouraged to apply. Applicants studying in education, health care, and/or social work receive special consideration.
