Thermoplastic Elastomers Interest Group Scholarship provides college scholarships to student members of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) who have a career interest in the plastics industry and experience in the thermoplastic elastomers industry.

Requirements

This program is open to full-time undergraduate students at 4-year colleges and 2-year technical programs in the United States or Canada and to graduate students.

Applicants must have experiences in the thermoplastic elastomers industry, such as courses taken, research conducted, or jobs held.

They must be majoring in or taking courses that would be beneficial to a career in the plastics or polymer industry (e.g., plastics engineering, polymer sciences, chemistry, polymer engineering, material science).

Membership in the SPE is free but is required to apply.
