Requirements

This award is available to student athletes who are nominated by a high school, college, or university in Indiana.

Each school may nominate 1 male and 1 female athlete.

Nominees must have overcome adversity that affected their level of or ability to participate in collegelevel sports and returned to their sport and demonstrated achievement beyond expectations.

They must have demonstrated good sportsmanship and ethical behavior on and off the playing field.
