Requirements

This program is open to Native Americans who are enrolled with a federally-recognized tribe or have a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB).

Applicants must have resided in the Central Council service delivery area of southeast Alaska for at least 30 days.

They must be at least 18 years of age, have their high school diploma or GED, be unemployed or underemployed and economically disadvantaged, and be able to demonstrate employment or ability to obtain employment based upon training request.
