The Tom Bowers Memorial Seminole Law Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduates in the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida State University (FSU). Students who are the first in their family to attend college and those engaged with the Center for Academic Retention and Enhancement (CARE) at FSU receive special consideration.
