The TOPS Tech Early Start Program is available to 11th and 12th-grade students enrolled at Louisiana public high schools. Students who wish to concurrently enroll in courses in an occupational or vocational education credential program are welcome to apply. Recipients are selected for their academic standing.

  • Attending a public high school in Louisiana as a junior or senior

  • Have an approved 5year education and career plan
  • Demonstrate good academic standing
