The Truist Cyber Innovation Scholarship provides financial assistance to students from any state who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a cyber-related field n the Raleigh/Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia areas.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of any state who are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university in the Raleigh/Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia areas.
  • Applicants must be sophomores, juniors, seniors, or firstyear graduate students working on a degree in computer science, mathematics, analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Preference is given to students preparing for a career in banking, risk management, or cyber or digital forensics.
  • Selection is based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, a statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal.
  • Financial need is not considered.
