The Tyler Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association Scholarship is available to dependents of a current employee of the City of Tyler, Texas Police Department in Texas. Graduating seniors or current college students from one of the 32 counties are eligible to apply. *ETCF counties include: Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Lamar, Leon, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Upshur, Van Zandt, or Wood
