The Uʻilani Stender Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who demonstrate the motivation and desire to succeed in an educational program. Students who can demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Orphan or indigent applicants receive special consideration. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
